POSTAGE AND SHIPPING COSTS
A shipping charge of 79,20kr, irregardless of the size of the order.
There is no extra fee in addition to the mentioned shipping charge – except when the order contains dangerous goods (perfumery, aerosols and flammable products)
If the package is not collected from the Post Office in time and is therefore returned to Barto, a further fee will be charged 250kr.
Normal delivery time is 4-6 working days unless specified otherwise.Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days from when placed. Due to the current pandemic and general overload of deliveries we have seen delays in deliveries and ask you to be mindful of this.
MEMBERSHIP AND PERSONAL DATA RECORDS
When you as a member and customer fill in your personal information, you approve that your details are registered and used by Barto. The information is necessary for Barto to be able to give the best service possible, for contacting you and for product delivery.
Misuse of membership can lead to suspension. Barto reserves the right to suspend a customer.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Full rights to return a product within 14 days of when the customer received the product. The product must be unused and in unopened packaging. Reimbursement will only occur when the products are returned in pristine condition. We do not reimburse shipping.
Observe: when returning a product, contact our customer service who will provide you with a return number. Always mark your return package with this number. The return is approved when the product has been inspected by our personnel.
Return the product in similar packaging as it was received in. Note that it is the condition of the product upon arrival to Barto that determines if the product can be considered to have been returned in pristine condition. You pay the shipping cost yourself for the return.
If we have sent the wrong product to you, we will pay the cost to return it to our stock.
When making a claim, contact our customer service who will provide you with a return number. Mark the package with this number. Barto applies the Customer Purchases Act when handling claims. A product can only be submitted for a claim if a manufacturing defect has occurred. Submit a claim as soon as you have discovered the defect and we will send you a new, correct product. If the defect can not be rectified, you will be reimbursed.
When submitting a claim, you pay for the cost for returning the product to us. When the product has been inspected by our personnel and the defect has been verified, we will repay the cost for the return postage.
